Flush mounts are considered the easiest to install when you don't have or want to cut holes in the interior.. Flush mount usually sound better and carry more bass tones. If you are concerned with someone poking the speaker, the 1102094W or the 1102094B, 230011s series will interest you. Protected by a metal non-removable cover. This guards the speaker. Makes for a clean flush mount speaker.
