Sometimes the easiest way to have a working PA System into your vehicle is to replace your radio.  Replace it with a special radio that has built in features that will mute the sound playing when you trigger a mike and talk.  Your voice is played over the speakers the radio was playing on.  This is not a new concept.  From the basic ASA model JBRMICKIT1 to the REI VR-3000 that has a built in DVD player. .
